It worked fine overall, but I wish the lounge rules and possible extra charges had been made clearer before I went. I’m careful about what I spend, so it was frustrating to find out some details after the fact. The benefits are nice, but they should be explained better upfront so you know exactly what you’re paying for.

"Honestly, Priority Pass Feels Worth It"
For the price, Priority Pass has actually been worth it for me. Not every lounge is some luxury hideout, and yeah, a few get packed like the airlines are secretly trying to make them annoying on purpose. But even when it’s not perfect, I usually still save money by not paying ridiculous airport food prices, which I’m convinced are part of some bigger scam anyway.

I used Priority Pass with my wife on our last trip, the part I remember most is that there were no surprises with the guest fee. I can’t recall every little detail of the airport or the lounge, but I do remember the staff just scanning my card, adding her as my guest, and that was it. No random extra charge popped up later, which I appreciated. I like knowing what I’m paying before we go in, especially when the airport is packed and I’m already tired. It’s not free for guests, but for a long layover, it felt fair and easy enough to understand

"Made airport waits way better"
I’ve used Priority Pass on a few trips now, and the lounges have been literally so clean every time. The tables got cleared quickly, and even the bathrooms were decent, which I always appreciate. it just made waiting at the airport way less annoying

I got my physical card in just a few days, which was quicker than I thought. Everything went Smoothly and I didn’t have any issues at all.

"Renewal was surprisingly painless"
I got the renewal email before anything expired, and somehow it was actually clear. Wild concept, I know. No hunting through confusing links or trying to decode mysterious instructions, I just checked the details and renewed. Smooth this time, so yeah, I’m happy with it.

Used it on a few trips. Even last minute ones. Found lounges in most airports I passed through. Some were packed, yeah. But usually had options. Nice to have, honestly

I keep running into lounges in way more airports than I expected. Big airports, sure. But even some of the smaller ones. Not every single time, but often enough that it’s been a really nice surprise when I’m traveling.

"Cancellation Worked, But Could Be Simpler"
I cancelled my Priority Pass membership and, to be fair, it did go through without any major problems. The only annoying part was that the cancellation steps weren’t super clear, so I had to poke around the website for a bit to figure it out. Support eventually replied and confirmed everything, which I appreciated. Overall, it wasn’t a bad experience, but in my opinion, cancelling should be much easier and more obvious online.

I use Priority Pass a few times a month, usually while I’m half-focused on getting through the airport or finding my gate, and the login has been really dependable. No random password resets, no codes failing, none of that annoying stuff. when I’m rushing around with coffee in one hand and my bag slipping off my shoulder, that’s pretty much all I want from it...

"Useful, but a bit clunky"
The Priority Pass app is decent for finding lounges, but it can be slow sometimes. The map also doesn’t always load right, or I mean, it eventually loads, but not when you actually need it to. I also got logged out once while I was at the airport, which was really annoying. It’s still useful when it works, but it definitely needs to feel smoother...

I’m not usually a fan of waiting around, but I barely waited 5 minutes, so I can’t really complain. It wasn’t anything amazing, but it worked fine for me.

I’ve used Priority Pass a few times this year, the lounges were better than I expected. Most of the ones I visited were clean, quiet, and had decent snacks, drinks, and a place to sit that felt way better than being stuck at the gate. The staff were friendly too, and I didn’t have any major issues getting in. That said, I’d warn people not to expect every lounge to be huge or super fancy. Some are basic, but for a calm place to wait before a flight, it’s still been worth it for me

I’m not totally sure how I feel about it yet. Sometimes it works just fine, but other times it doesn’t seem as reliable as I’d hoped. I guess it really depends on when or how you use it, but I wouldn’t say I can fully count on it every time...

I’ve used Priority Pass a few times while traveling and it’s been mostly a good experience. Some lounges are definitely better than others, but it’s still nice to have somewhere to sit, grab a snack, and get away from the airport crowds. I do really like the visit history in the app because after paying or using a visit, I never fully trust that everything was recorded correctly, so I always go back and check if anything got charged. The app can be a little slow at times, which gets annoying, and I wish the lounge details were updated faster. Overall I’m happy with it, just a bit cautious with the billing side.

Activating my account was fine in the end, but it took longer than it should have. The email didn’t show up right away, and I kept feeling like every time I thought I knew the next step, the goalposts moved a little. It did eventually work, so I can’t say it was a disaster, but the instructions could definitely be clearer and the whole thing felt slower than necessary...
